When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Order confirmation will be sent via email, and acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order.

We deliver fresh mushrooms throughout Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on weather conditions, demand, and other factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled delivery dates.
You must provide accurate delivery information. If delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by you, additional charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.
Our mushrooms are harvested fresh and handled with care to maintain quality. However, as perishable agricultural products, they have a limited shelf life. We recommend consuming our products within the timeframe specified on the packaging.
If you receive products that do not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for resolution. We may require photos of the products to assess quality concerns.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if you receive damaged or substandard products, we will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery and may require verification of the quality issue. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
